About Our Firm

Gene Querry formed his accounting practice in 1981 to engage in the practice of public accounting for closely held businesses. Gradually, the firm evolved to be a company that services large closely held businesses and related high net worth individuals. The firm specializes in tax strategies that are intended to currently legally reduce and/or defer income taxes, to initiate strategies to maximize return on investments, and to provide sound financial and tax strategies for our clients.

Our firm operates as an independent CPA and prides itself on saving its clients at least ten times its annual fees through technical cutting edge strategies. Our management and staff are dedicated to being well-informed on tax law changes and useful financial and tax strategies.

Our firm is often involved in complex corporate and personal tax planning, estate planning, and believes firmly in the use of highly technically competent, personal advisors.

The firm's managers and its employees work best in a creative environment where legitimate, complex strategies are developed in order to maximize benefits for our clients. Our firm works primarily with larger closely held businesses and individuals with substantial amounts of net income and capital that need to be protected from confiscatory taxes. In situations where assets need to be protected, increased, and properly passed on to their heirs, the firm works to minimize the estate taxes to heirs and beneficiaries.
